Health & Safety Awareness (HSA)
Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
This Site Safety Plus course is for you if you’re considering, or already, working within the construction and civil engineering industry.
Certification for this course is valid for 5 years.
To remain certified in this area, you will need to retake the course before the expiry date.
Suitable for Site Supervisors.
This course explains your legal responsibilities regarding health, safety, welfare and environmental issues.
If you pass the course you will receive a renewable CITB Site Safety Plus Certificate.
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course: Site Safety Plus
Five-day course for project managers, site managers, supervisors, business owners and clients.
How to manage risks on-site, as per the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations.
Students will receive a CITB Site Safety Plus Certificate, valid for five years. Must be renewed with a SMSTS Refresher course.
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Refresher course:
Site Safety Plus
A two-day refresher of the full Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course.
Updates knowledge of your responsibilities for site safety, health, welfare and the environment.
Students must already have a valid SMSTS certificate.
Passing will extend your certificate for another five years.
